“Great service! Jesse showed up when he said he would. He was knowledgeable and very competent. He filed the claim with our warranty/ insurance company, and then notified me when they approved the claim. He then ordered the part and contacted me as soon as it arrived.
Very professional! They took care of the problem on site both times when I needed work done.
Extremely reliable! They came out when all the other companies blew me off, or told me I would have to take my camper to their shop for the repair. I will use them the next time I need a repair, and I would highly recommend you do the same.

“Island RV saved us. Our furnace was not working on the Friday before Christmas when the weekend was going to be one of the coldest weekends in Alabama in years. We called Jesse at 9 a.m. and he was here within an hour. He managed to get our furnace working to get us thru until he was able to get the part. Totally saved us. I would definitely recommend Island RV.”

“Their customer service is second to none! Jesse diagnosed the electrical issue within 5 minutes. He didn’t have the part needed to fix the issue, so he got me going temporarily, made a 15 mile trip to town, picked up the parts, came back out and got me up and running! I cannot thank him enough because it was really hot all day - the heat index was 101°. I will not use anybody else in this area except for Island RV!
